OUR IMPACT OVER THE YEARS
Africa is brimming with untapped potential and innovative minds. Our mission is to bridge the gap between ambition and opportunity by providing accessible, high-quality, and transformative tech education to young Africans, enabling them to excel in their careers and contribute meaningfully to the global tech landscape.
in the last 3 years, we have trained over 1,500 people and hosted 5 Cohorts till 2024 with two Cohorts hosted yearly. Since our second Cohort, we have rewarded the best-graduating teams with cash rewards and a Laptop to the best graduation Student of that Cohort.
- Over N1,000,000 in cash prizes to the best graduating teams
- Over 4 laptops have been given to the best Graduating students till 2024
- Over 300 Job and Internship placement after graduation
- Over 700 students have transitioned and gotten job roles in technology till 2024
TRAININGS AND EVENTS
We’ve hosted and collaborated with several training events.
Over the years, we’ve hosted events such as “The Tech Odyssey” with over 50 selected students, joining to learn about the impact of internship, skill acquisition, and career plotting. We have also hosted an event in partnership with our Founder, called The Platform, with one such key event every year since 2023.
In 2024, we partnered with Synthesis for the Global Entrepreneurship Program to host the largest entrepreneurship event in the world, supporting our community members with tickets worth $50 each.
In 2025, we will be hosting a far grander Tech Odyssey with speakers from all around the world.

Enigma Okoto - Website Designer
Best Graduating Student - Cohort 1
A freelance website developer who has grown her business into a 7 figure business with a beautiful eye for design and website structure. Enigma was one of the first community members who were passionate about learning and improving her skill in web development also Graduated from the academy as the best graduating student, winning a Laptop, and her team, the best-graduating team.
“My name is Enigma Okoto, An entrepreneur and freelance website designer. I was already building websites when I started the TM Academy but knew I wasn’t at the top of my desired skill area. I joined the program and it was just perfect, learning simple ways to create designs, learning how to build complex functional websites with simple steps, and so much more. The knowledge didn’t just improve my design skills, but also my confidence and speed. Our coach made the entire thing so easy and fun. I came in as an amateur and ended up an expert. An impact-driven Product Manager experienced in product discovery, product delivery, and data-driven decision-making. Experienced in gathering requirements, writing PRDs, creating product roadmaps, and conducting market & user research.
My time at the Academy was extremely valuable. The wide-ranging classes in WordPress, product management, business development, and web3/crypto unlocked new talents in me. I especially liked learning business development – understanding marketing, finances, sales – skills I hope to use in a customer role.
The product management classes also gave me useful abilities in recognizing customer needs, improving offerings based on data, and strategies for growth.
I can also build any type of website thanks to the WordPress engineering classes. Moving forward, I plan to apply this diverse knowledge as I pursue entrepreneurial projects and build sustainable solutions. As opportunities arise, I will keep using the well-rounded skills I gained to provide impactful value. Many thanks to the Academy for the meaningful education I will continue building on.

and the experience was mind blowing when I joined. The knowledge I gained, I have already started applying it in my corporate job. I anchored a training among my co-staff with what I learnt. Thanks to Mr Scott Eneje for this great initiative. I got to know about The Morpheus Academy through a friend from Ghana. I enrolled reluctantly, that’s because I didn’t expect much from a free course. The course started, and it was an amazing experience from the onboarding session. Our tutor, Mr Justice, is an amazing expert, every class was superbly educative and interactive, I do look forward to the next class.
