Who We Are
The Morpheus Academy is an EdTech NGO dedicated to transforming lives across Africa through technology education. Inspired by the Greek god Morpheus, the shaper of dreams, we empower dreamers to turn their aspirations into reality by equipping them with cutting-edge tech skills, fostering a supportive community, and creating pathways to impactful opportunities in the digital age. Africa is brimming with untapped potential and innovative minds. Our mission is to bridge the gap between ambition and opportunity by providing accessible, high-quality, and transformative tech education to young Africans, enabling them to excel in their careers and contribute meaningfully to the global tech landscape.

MEET THE TEAM
Meet Scott C Eneje - Founder
Scott C Eneje is a tech expert with over a decade of experience in the technology space. He has worked with several teams across the globe building products that shape AI, Data, CX, SaaS, eCommerce and several Innovative technologies. He has helped several businesses bring their ideas to life, with advisory, technical, business and product leadership support. He's a speaker and teacher.
"It is rather painful that a lot of young adult across several African countries earn between $50 to $100 a month amid inflation and high cost of living and are still treated like they are being done a favour in jobs like that. We realised that if they knew better, they would want better and of course, desire to be better themselves. This is something that the technology industry is changing. TM Academy to set up to not only inform them of opportunities in tech as an industry, but to help them acquire the skills they need to move to the industry as well as access to jobs within the industry on the global market" - Scott C Eneje
Kareem Motunrayo Leah - Head of Programs
Motunrayo is a Tech Career Advocate dedicated to supporting individuals in navigating and advancing their careers within the tech industry by providing resources and mentorship to help them explore opportunities, develop skills, and make informed decisions about their tech career paths. Through a combination of advocacy, leadership, and strategic thinking, she continues to make significant impacts that shapes the next generation of tech leaders.
Nancy Igwe - Community Manager
Nancy Igwe is a leadership enthusiast with extensive experience in building and managing communities. She is an effective communicator who is also skilled at fostering meaningful connections, building cohesive teams, and implementing process and structure. Nancy is committed to creating an inclusive environment for everyone and is passionate about making an impact and initiating positive changes around the world.
